April Husted is the Senior Managing Principal for OneDigital’s Georgia Market, where she leads a high-performing team of employee benefits, insurance, HR consulting, and financial services professionals. In this role, April is responsible for driving growth, operational excellence, and client success across all lines of business in Georgia. She partners closely with National Practice Leaders and regional leadership to align market strategy with OneDigital’s broader vision.

Since joining OneDigital in 2019, April has played a pivotal role in expanding the Georgia Market’s impact and capabilities. Her leadership has empowered her team to deliver innovative, cost-controlling strategies that enhance employee engagement, retention, and recruitment—helping clients build stronger, more resilient workforces.

April brings deep expertise in strategic benefit planning, alternative funding strategies, compliance, global benefits, and health improvement initiatives. She is passionate about helping employers navigate the evolving healthcare and workforce landscape with confidence and clarity.

Prior to OneDigital, April served as Vice President of Strategy & Business Development at Northwestern Benefit, a leading regional insurance brokerage. She holds the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation and is a Health Rosetta Certified Advisor. April earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida and remains actively engaged in industry and community initiatives.
