April Virgillo

April Virgillo came to the OneDigital Team in 2012. She joined as an Account Manager. In this role she was responsible for supporting and educating her clients on employee benefits and Health Care Reform. In 2014, April was promoted to Benefits Consultant where she was responsible for strategic planning, analysis, managing all facets of the renewal process, educating her clients on benefits, compliance and emerging market trends. In 2018 she was promoted to the role of Large Group Benefits Consultant. April is now a managing consultant where she oversees a team of consultants. She has over ten years of experience in sales and employee benefits. Prior to OneDigital she worked for Kaiser Permanente as a Senior Account Manager assisting brokers and clients with their benefit plans, wellness strategies and education.
