Ashley Butz

Ashley Butz is a Retirement Plan Consultant at OneDigital. Her profound passion for fiduciary processes, participant education, and enhancing the client experience in the retirement services industry has led her to wear many hats. She embarked on her career in 2016 as a banker at a community bank following graduation from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Operations. 

Now, a Retirement Plan Consultant at OneDigital, she possesses a profound passion for educating others about retirement plan management, financial wellness, and retirement success. As a passionate retirement expert, she drives results by helping her clients make sense of fiduciary processes, increasing their participant’s retirement outcomes and enhancing their overall client experience. She understands the complexity and work to ease the process for both plan sponsors and participants, leveraging her skills and experts to provide holistic guidance and embrace the ever-changing landscape to better the financial universe. 

When not working, Ashley enjoys time outside with her family and friends, as well as her Labradoodle, Daisy. You can find her on the ski slopes in the winter and on a hike or paddleboard in the summer. She enjoys bringing community together, whether around the table, a good beer, or campfire.

Ashley was born and raised in Richland, Washington. She joined OneDigital in 2024 and serves as an Advisor for many of our retirement plan clients. She holds the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA®) designation and maintains the Series 65 license.
