Ashley Lodge

Ashley Lodge serves as Regional Director of Marketing, Client Experience for OneDigital's South region, where she leads the strategy and execution of programs designed to build trust, strengthen relationships, and create value throughout the client journey. She develops client experience initiatives that support retention, engagement, and long-term partnership growth across the region.

Prior to focusing on client experience, Ashley spent several years driving brand visibility and supporting high-performing sales teams through strategic campaigns, content development, and marketing enablement. This background continues to shape her approach today, ensuring that every initiative both strengthens the OneDigital brand and supports the teams delivering exceptional client experiences. Known for her collaborative leadership style, hands-on approach, and ability to remain calm under pressure, Ashley is a creative problem solver with a reputation for turning ideas into action and helping teams achieve results.

Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Communications and Media Studies from Florida State University.
