Bill Carew

As President of OneDigital, Bill Carew plays a critical role in advancing the firm’s growth strategy and scaling its multi-vertical platform to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients. He leads OneDigital’s four U.S. regions, the Operations, Sales and Marketing teams and our core Insurance, HR Consulting, PEO, Financial Services and our Centro and other specialty practices. Bill joined OneDigital through the acquisition of Ovation Benefits in 2013 and has served in several executive leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer from 2019-2025, where he played an instrumental role in integrating OneDigital’s expanding portfolio of business lines and strengthening collaboration across the organization to better serve employers and individuals. Bill assumed the role as President of OneDigital in 2026.  

Bill is actively involved in many national and local business groups and has served on a number of non-profit organizations as a volunteer and board leader. He is a graduate of Boston College and Trinity College. Bill and his wife Karen are the proud parents of four adult kids.
