Brad McKinney

Brad proudly graduated from Texas A&M University in 2007. He launched his career in the property and casualty insurance sector, focusing primarily on healthcare-related risks. For several years, he specialized in professional liability coverage for physicians—commonly known as medical malpractice insurance—before transitioning to the employee benefits field in 2012. The implementation of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) sparked his passion for helping employers manage costs and improve overall outcomes.

 

Brad has served on the Board of the Deer Park ISD Education Foundation and was a member of the United Healthcare Broker Advisory Panel. He currently represents the Houston Compensation and Benefits organization in a leadership role. A strong advocate for positive workplace culture, Brad is passionate about helping companies attract and retain top talent through customized employee benefits and total rewards strategies.
