Brad McKinney brings nearly 20 years of insurance industry experience to his role as Market Leader of OneDigital's Dallas office, most of it spent in the on the front lines as a top-performing benefits consultant advising employers of all sizes. Brad's work has always been driven by a simple conviction: employers deserve a partner who will fight for their people and protect their bottom line at the same time. He is particularly focused on innovative, data-driven strategies that address the financial impact of employee benefits at every level of an organization, from the CFO's budget to the employee's paycheck.

Now leading the Dallas market, Brad is building a team and practice that reflects those same values: consultative, accountable, and relentlessly focused on delivering outcomes that matter. A proud Texas A&M University graduate, Brad lives in the Dallas area with his wife and their two boys, who keep him plenty busy outside of the office.
