Camry Blaising

As Chief Operating Officer of OneDigital, Camry Blaising leads day-to-day operations across the organization, ensuring efficiency, quality, and execution across all business functions. She leads the company’s Centers of Excellence and core national practices, while driving operational alignment and performance in support of OneDigital’s growth strategy and client-first mission.  

Camry brings deep operational and leadership experience to OneDigital. She joined the firm through the acquisition of Northwestern Benefit, a premier independent benefits agency in 2019. At OneDigital, she has served in several senior leadership roles, including Executive Vice President of Operations, from 2020 – 2025. She and her team have strengthened national practices, advanced operational excellence, and enabled scalable growth across the platform. 

Camry holds the Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) and Registered Employee Benefit Consultant (REBC) professional designations and is a member of SHRM and ISCEBS. She is a current member of the Board of Directors for SHRM-Atlanta and serves on broker advisory councils for BlueCross BlueShield of Georgia and United Healthcare. Camry is a former board member for the Georgia Chapter of ISCEBS, serving as program director in 2012 and 2013.
