Carla has over twenty-three years of experience collaborating with large and mid-size employers to develop cost effective, compliant employee benefit programs. She has experience with both self-funded and fully insured medical plans, ancillary benefits, wellness programs, communication programs and administrative systems, along with other benefit strategies. She is knowledgeable in compliance related to HealthCare Reform and Wellness initiatives, in addition to other programs such as COBRA and CHIP. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration.
