With over a decade of dedicated experience in the human resources, Chad brings a wealth of expertise across various HR domains, with a particular emphasis on HRIS, recruiting, and employee relations. His passion for fostering positive workplaces and commitment to people's growth drive his career. 

As a former kindergarten teacher, he finds joy in being a guiding hand for both individuals and organizations, helping them achieve success and fulfillment. His experience in HR spans diverse industries, including banking, marketing, forestry, and clinical device trials, providing him with a holistic understanding of human capital dynamics. He has also lived and worked in South Korea as a teacher and served as a Global HR Business Partner for diverse regions, including The Netherlands, Australia, the UK, and Canada.
