Chantel Simms is a transformational HR leader and talent strategist with over two decades of experience advising organizations on workforce strategy, culture, and organizational effectiveness across nonprofit and for-profit sectors. She partners with executive teams to align people strategy with business objectives, strengthen organizational resilience, and navigate complex change in evolving work environments. Integrating insights from neuroscience, behavioral psychology, and equity-centered leadership, Chantel brings a distinctive, research-informed approach to workforce transformation.

Chantel holds a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Leadership and Organizational Innovation from Marymount University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Organizational and Human Resource Development from the University of Mary Washington. She is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Certified Trauma-Informed Workplace Practitioner (TIWP), and Mental Health First Aider.
