Charles Thomas

Charles joined OneDigital in 2024 through the acquisition of GMG, an insurance agency he ran with his partner Ron Viehweger. Working in the insurance industry for his entire career, Charles has a deep understanding of how to deliver customized solutions and strategies to every client. His priorities are to provide total asset protection and comprehensive employee benefit programs for groups and individuals.

Under his leadership, GMG Insurance evolved into a nationally recognized multi-line insurance firm. With offices on both coasts, dedicated staff and a vast array of company partners offered coverage from employee benefits to HR consulting to corporate risk management services.

Charles is a volunteer board member and former president for UMBB, a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization focused on delivering services and resources to individuals who have experienced life-altering challenges and who need assistance returning to the normality of their daily lives. Charles serves as a board member for BFI Holder, LLC, an information technology and services company providing digital identity and verification solutions. Charles also serves as a board member on the Little River Condo Association, a golf community located outside of Pinehurst, NC. He is an active Angel Investor with a successful record in FinTech startups.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and resides in both New Hope, PA, and Nashville, TN.
