Chris Barrientes

Chris is a Managing Consultant at OneDigital. He joined Paradox Compensation Advisors (now a OneDigital company) in 2014. He manages compensation projects and conducts client work/analyses. He also manages consultants and compensation analysts. Chris’ areas of expertise include:

• Broad-based employee and executive benchmarking including private/family-owned companies
• Director peer analysis and compensation review
• Development of pay structures including cost impact analyses
• Geographic differentials
• Short-term incentive planning and designing
• Sales incentive design and modeling
• Job documentation and FLSA analyses
• Pay equity analyses

Chris is responsible for managing our proprietary market pricing system and reporting capabilities. He also serves as the ongoing “back office” compensation manager for multiple major clients, including nonprofit organizations. His experience ranges from small to mid-sized companies and nonprofit organizations to government and city entities.

Chris has an undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems and MBA from Texas Tech University.
