Chris Hoffman

Chris Hoffman is a Vice President, Retirement Plan Consulting in the Danvers, MA OneDigital office. Chris has extensive experience with retirement plan design, operations, investment selection and monitoring, and financial wellness initiatives. He leverages this background to help clients optimize their retirement plans to improve employee outcomes, attract and retain top talent, and meet corporate objectives.

Prior to joining OneDigital Chris was a Senior Relationship Manager at Empower, the nation’s second largest recordkeeper. In this role he was responsible for developing and implementing a broad array of retirement plan strategies for some of the organization’s largest clients. He also oversaw the communications and operations teams that supported his clients. Chris began is career as a Financial Advisor, working with individuals and families to ensure that they remained on track to meet their financial goals.

Chris graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 2010 and earned his CFP® certification in 2023.
