Christina Richardson, aPHR, is a Benefits Consultant at OneDigital specializing in small group benefits - primarily businesses under 100 employees headquartered in California. She partners with HR teams and business owners to simplify the complexity of employee benefits, building thoughtful, cost-effective strategies that protect people and strengthen organizations.
 
With over 15 years of experience, Christina's approach is equal parts empathy and strategy. She understands that behind every benefits decision is a real person navigating something that matters. That perspective shapes how she consults, communicates, and shows up for clients and their employees alike.
 
In addition to her Life & Health license, she has her Associate Professional Human Resources (aPHR) Certification, demonstrating formal HR knowledge. As of July 2025, she is the Professional Development Chair for California Agents & Health Insurance Professionals - Silicon Valley Chapter, where she supports the growth and education of her peers in the industry.
