Craig Gabel, Vice President of Retirement Plan Consulting at OneDigital, brings nearly three decades of experience in the financial services industry. Craig is responsible for driving new business development and leads initiatives that align retirement strategies with organizational goals, helping employers design innovative solutions to support their workforce.

In collaboration with employers across OneDigital’s Central region, Craig helps organizations navigate the complexities of retirement plans while leading initiatives that provide financial education and guidance, internally and externally, to foster stronger engagement, greater wellbeing, and improved participant experience. In addition, Craig drives education efforts around pooled employer plans (PEPs), a unique retirement solution that can enable organizations to streamline administration, save time, and refocus energy on growing their workforce and strengthening their business.

Craig believes fresh thinking should be integrated into an organization's overall benefit strategy, encouraging employers to embrace disruptive ideas that challenge the status quo. His diverse background, which includes running his own consulting practice and working for a recordkeeper, has fueled his passion for revolutionizing how employers perceive their workforce and benefits strategy.
