David Ray

David Ray is a Principal and Senior Client Executive in OneDigital’s Beverly, Massachusetts office, bringing nearly four decades of insurance and risk management experience to his clients. Known for his strategic approach and trusted counsel, David partners closely with organizations to deliver thoughtful, client-focused solutions across property and casualty insurance.

Prior to joining OneDigital, David served as President and CEO of Leslie S. Ray Insurance Agency, where he led the firm’s growth and client relationships with a strong commitment to service excellence. He is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and holds licenses in Property & Casualty as well as Life & Health insurance. David is a graduate of the University of Maine and has spent 39 years building a respected career grounded in expertise, integrity, and long-term client advocacy.

David is deeply committed to his community and has held numerous leadership roles, including Past President of the Manchester-Essex Rotary Club, Distinguished Past President of the Kiwanis Club of Beverly, and Past President of the Greater Beverly Chamber of Commerce. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Pathways for Children and previously served on the board of the Beverly Children’s Learning Center. In recognition of his professional leadership and community impact, David was named Business Person of the Year in 2017.

Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with his family, staying active through tennis and pickleball, and passionately following the Boston Red Sox.
