Dexter Burlew

Dexter Burlew is a director and financial advisor at OneDigital.

Prior to joining OneDigital, Dexter joined the Rosenthal Wealth Management Group team in the fall of 2018, bringing his experience from his financial management practice in Stafford, VA. His practice spans a diverse background, with clients across the eastern seaboard.

A Navy veteran, Dexter works with active duty and retired service members and federal employees, and is familiar with the benefits and retirement systems available to them.

Having been an entrepreneur since he finished his career in the Navy, he understands the challenges of small business owners here in the DMV. Additionally, he is well-versed in college financial planning for families and their students. Dexter has led college financial planning workshops for students and parents in several Northern Virginia school districts.

From 2007 until joining the Rosenthal Wealth Management Group team, Dexter worked as an independent consultant serving individuals, corporate clients, and federal agencies in financial management. Dexter's passion is teaching. He believes in educating his clients to be knowledgeable about their own financial future.

Dexter's roots are in Southern California, where he grew to love USC Trojan football, the Los Angeles Lakers and the LA Dodgers. He serves frequently in his community, volunteering his time through his religious congregation and church youth programs. Dexter is an Eagle Scout himself. He loves to spend time with his wife and three daughters and their growing families.
