Drew is passionate about helping the executive benefits team create customized strategies to engage and retain top talent. He understands design and implementation solutions that support the diverse needs and preferences of today’s workforce.

Drew joined the OneDigital executive benefits team in 2023. He is a former Associate Vice President of Business Development (AVP) at OneDigital and has received the Pinnacle Award and the 2021 Presidents Award, the highest honor bestowed by OneDigital’s President and CEO, Adam Bruckman. As a leader and producer in his business development role, Drew also spearheaded a national initiative that generated nearly $80M in revenue for OneDigital over three years.
