Dustin Fowkes

Dustin Fowkes, REBC, is a Managing Consultant with OneDigital, where he partners with mid-market and large employers to design benefits strategies that balance organizational goals with employee needs. He began his career in the energy sector, serving in analytical and consultative roles before transitioning into employee benefits to make a more meaningful impact on the organizations he supported. Dustin built deep expertise in the self-funded space as an analyst and project manager, mastering financial, underwriting, and actuarial components before moving into a client-facing consulting role. 

Today, Dustin manages his own book of business while supporting a team of consultants and account managers, collaborating statewide to drive consistency, service excellence, and strategic planning. Known for his trustworthy, educational approach, he excels at translating complex data into clear, actionable insights. He holds a BBA in Finance from Kent State University and the Registered Employee Benefits Consultant designation.
