Edie York serves as Vice President of Wealth Operations at OneDigital Financial Services in the Carolinas, where she leads with a strong focus on execution, team development, and regional growth. Based in Greensboro, North Carolina, Edie brings more than 20 years of experience in financial operations, strategic planning, and team leadership. She holds both SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications and is widely respected across the firm for her ability to translate big-picture vision into scalable, high-performing systems.

Prior to joining OneDigital, Edie played a pivotal role in the success and operational excellence of Triad Financial Advisors, where she helped guide the firm through its acquisition by OneDigital in 2023. Throughout her career, Edie has been recognized for her leadership and impact, including being named one of the Triad’s Financial Executives of the Year and a Triad Business Journal 40 Under Forty honoree in 2015.

Known for her collaborative leadership style, Edie is passionate about streamlining processes, empowering her teams, and ensuring advisors have what they need to serve clients with confidence. She has been instrumental in aligning multiple offices through transition planning, platform implementation, and cross-vertical collaboration.

Edie was born in Switzerland and is fluent in both French and Portuguese, a reflection of her global perspective and natural ability to connect across cultures and personalities. She lives in Greensboro with her husband and two children and values time with family, just as much as the work she does to support advisors and their clients.
