Elisa’s solid HR generalist background, partnered with her outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic personality make her an asset to the Insight Performance Team. Elisa works closely with the Client Services Team on a variety of projects, providing critical support both internally and externally as she connects directly with our HR. Solved. clients.

Prior to joining OneDigital via OneDigital's acquiring of Insight Performance, Elisa was a member of the HR Team at ARIAD Pharmaceuticals, Inc. focusing on various projects across all aspects of HR including; performance management, recruiting, training and development, benefits, and operations. Elisa has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of New Hampshire.
