Elizabeth Carranza

Elizabeth Carranza works to deliver on the client’s business objectives in terms of strategic planning, program design, implementation, and ongoing management of client’s international benefits programs. Serving as a primary contact for clients, she also corresponds daily with local foreign brokers to place insurance coverage. In addition, she conducts benchmarking, country analysis, and prepares proposals.

Before joining OneDigital, Elizabeth worked as an Account Executive at Alliant Employee Benefits in San Francisco. Prior to that, she worked as an Account Executive at Generali Employee Benefits in San Francisco, where she managed multinational pooling and captive programs and provided regional support to clients based in the Western US.
