Since entering the field in 1990 following his graduation from the University of St. Thomas with a degree in Entrepreneurship, Eric has built his career on a foundational commitment to helping families plan for a financially secure future.

As a co-founder of Munkeby Kramer, Eric helped establish a firm recognized for delivering sound, leading-edge financial planning to the families it serves. Today, as part of the OneDigital team, he continues that tradition — putting clients first and addressing their most meaningful financial needs with the same dedication that has defined his career.

Eric's approach is rooted in deeply understanding each client's goals, values, and life circumstances, and translating those insights into thoughtful, personalized financial plans. A Minneapolis native, Eric credits his family, community, and educational background for instilling the strong values that guide his work every day. Outside the office, he enjoys time with his family, coaching his children, and embracing the outdoors through camping, hiking, and canoeing.
