Fred Schroeder

Fred Schroeder is a Client Executive on OneDigital's Property & Casualty team in Chicago, specializing in commercial insurance for real estate, private clubs, and hospitality clients. With more than 20 years in the industry, Fred brings a perspective that goes beyond policy placement - he helps business owners identify vulnerabilities, close coverage gaps, and understand exactly what they have and why it matters. 

Fred began his career at Crum-Halsted Insurance & Risk Management, now a OneDigital company, where he built his foundation in client service, carrier negotiations, and claims advocacy. His background in Civil Engineering, combined with hands-on experience managing natural disaster relief and restoration efforts across the U.S., gives him a uniquely technical lens for assessing building risk and insuring it effectively. 

His approach is straightforward: build real relationships, educate first, and solve problems before they become losses.
