About
Gianna Pizzano is a client executive who brings a consultative, client-first approach to insurance, helping individuals and businesses clearly understand their risks and coverage options so they can make confident, informed decisions. Gianna strives to be a trusted advisor who builds meaningful relationships and delivers thoughtful, well-rounded insurance solutions.
She began her insurance career in June 2020, navigating the challenges of entering the industry during the COVID-19 pandemic. Starting as a Personal Lines Account Manager, Gianna quickly obtained her Property & Casualty insurance license and expanded her role to include writing new business while managing existing client relationships. She has leveraged her marketing and business background to deepen client engagement, focusing on understanding the full picture of each client’s needs and delivering solutions in a clear, relatable, and strategic way.
Gianna earned her undergraduate degree from Bryant University in 2018, majoring in Marketing with double minors in Psychology and Communications. During her time at Bryant, she was a four-year member of the university’s softball program. She later completed her MBA in General Business Management at Bryant University, where she also served as a graduate assistant softball coach—an experience that strengthened her leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
Outside of work, Gianna is actively involved with Mission Stadiums for Multiple Sclerosis (MS4MS), a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to raising awareness and funds for Multiple Sclerosis research and for families impacted by the disease. She serves as an ambassador for the organization, working alongside her brother, the Director of Fundraising, to support research at the Johns Hopkins Project Restore MS Research Center. Her involvement is deeply personal, driven by her desire to help her mother and others affected by MS. Gianna grew up in Saugus, Massachusetts, as the youngest of three siblings, and values family, teamwork, and advocacy both personally and professionally.
