Greg Stutz

As Regional Vice President of Operations at OneDigital, Greg oversees PEO operations and client services across the western region, helping small and mid-sized businesses manage their human resource responsibilities more effectively through OneDigital's integrated HR and human capital management solutions. 

Prior to joining OneDigital in 2025, Greg spent over 16 years at a Professional Employer Organization (PEO), where he served as Chief Operating Officer, building deep expertise in PEO operations, HR service delivery, and business growth.  

Greg graduated from the University of Arizona with a BS in Accounting, giving him a strong foundation in the financial and operational side of running a business, a perspective he brings to every client relationship.
