Greg Watkins is the founding principal of Watko Benefit Group and brings nearly three decades of employee benefits industry experience to every client relationship he builds. Before launching Watko Benefit Group, Greg held senior roles on both sides of the healthcare industry; serving as regional manager for one of the country's leading life and healthcare insurance providers and as Healthcare/Welfare practice leader and producer for the nation's largest independent insurance broker.

That breadth of experience gave Greg a rare perspective; he understands how the industry works from the inside out, and he's used that knowledge to advocate fiercely for his clients ever since. His passion for making a measurable difference in clients' employee benefit programs was the driving force behind founding Watko Benefit Group and it remains his north star today.
