Henry Rosenbaum

Responsible for our actuarial tools and provides financial plan performance analytics including claims trends, predictive and prescriptive analysis

 

Henry Rosenbaum is the senior financial consultant for the One Digital Central Region. As the lead consultant for the region, his responsibilities include development of employee and employer funding projections, claim projections, claim reserve estimates, analysis of reinsurance terms and rates, plan benefit modeling, financial monitoring reports and other group health plan financial analysis needs. Using innovative internal resources, Henry can provide consultation regarding the strategic use of analytics to better assist the clients in making informed decisions as it relates to their plan performance.

 

Henry graduated from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, TX and has almost 20 years of industry experience. He began in benefit administration before moving to account management and has focused on analytic consulting over the last 14 years. He has experience with both fully insured as well as self-funded groups. This includes for both the private and public sector, across several markets within the region. Prior to joining OneDigital in 2023, Henry served as the Financial Benefits Consulting Manager at Gallagher for five years.
