Ian Hitchings is the Senior Managing Principal for OneDigital's Texas Market. In this role, he leads a growing team of professionals across employee benefits, insurance, HR consulting, and financial services. He is responsible for driving organic and acquisitive growth, overseeing operational excellence, and improving financial performance across all lines of business within the market.

With more than 20 years of experience in the health care and insurance industry, Ian brings a deep understanding of the ever-changing benefits landscape. Before joining OneDigital, he served as a Health & Welfare Consultant at Gallagher, where he helped employers maximize their workforce investments. Having worked extensively in both Europe and the United States, Ian offers a global perspective and a strategic approach to designing innovative solutions for clients of all sizes.

Ian’s leadership is grounded in trust, collaboration, and a genuine commitment to helping people thrive—values that extend beyond his professional life. He is a proud husband and father of three and finds his greatest joy traveling with his family, discovering new cultures, and creating lifelong memories together. Deeply committed to giving back, Ian volunteers with several local charitable organizations and actively supports his children’s school community.
