Jackie Kish

As the Vice President of Client Services, Jackie leads the Employee Communications, Health and Wellbeing, and Project Management teams. These teams drive employee communication, engagement, wellness initiatives, and employee behavior change based on our clients’ goals and demographics.

Jackie joined the OneDigital team in May 2011 as a Client Advocate. In June 2012 she was promoted to Account Manager and in 2015 to Senior Account Manager, where she spearheaded the annual Open Enrollment and implementation process for large clients. In 2017 she was promoted to Project Manager and later Lead Project Manager, where she drove and executed key consulting and client retention initiatives.

Throughout her tenure, Jackie has earned several designations including Georgia’s Life, Accident, and Sickness Insurance License, is a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS), and is an Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
