James Jacobi

James is a Client Executive in OneDigital's Greater Pennslyvania market. Most recently, he was the owner and chief sales officer of Ascend Advisers, a management consulting professional services firm dedicated to digital business development consulting, sales development services, digital marketing, and lead generation services. With over 20 years of business development experience, he brings a strong command of communication with C-suite leaders and strategic advice around a company's top goals and initiatives.

Before that, he worked for Medix Staffing Solutions for over 10 years in the following roles: Senior Manager, Business Development – Care Management, Director of Operations, New Product Development Team – Sales Lead, Account Executive, and Senior Personnel Consultant. He is a best-selling author with his book Radical Integrity: 7 Breakthrough Strategies for Transforming Your Business, Sales, and Life. He has been a Morris County Chamber of Commerce board member since 2018.

James earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Northern Illinois University. He currently resides in Randolph, NJ, with his wife Lindsay and their three children. He enjoys golfing, traveling with family, watching Green Bay Packers games, and walks around their lake.
