Jason Hinchman

Jason Hinchman, REBC, is a Managing Consultant on OneDigital's Employee Benefits team in Cleveland, where he helps organizations of all sizes design strategic, customized benefit programs that reduce risk, control costs, and maximize the return on their benefits investment. He specializes in leveraging technology, data analytics, and innovative plan design — including self-funded and partially self-funded strategies — to drive higher employee satisfaction while streamlining employer workload. 

In addition to his client work, Jason leads the benefit consulting and client service teams in the Cleveland office, overseeing strategic planning, operational efficiencies, and best practices. 

Jason joined OneDigital in 2018 from The Alpha Group Agency, now also part of OneDigital, where he spent 11 years as a Benefits Consultant. He holds a B.B.A. from Ohio University, the Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC) designation, and is a member of NAHU and NEOHUA.
