 Jayna Gougler, in her role as Engagement Consultant, is known for building strong member relationships and creating meaningful connections.

She brings expertise in engagement strategy, wellbeing, and clear, effective communications to every project. Jayna designs and delivers programs that strengthen satisfaction and loyalty, with a focus on engagement and education-centered experiences. Her proactive, personalized approach consistently elevates service and supports organizational growth. 

Prior to joining OneDigital, Jayna held the title of Senior Corporate Wellness Coordinator at BSI Corporate Benefits. She received her bachelor's degree in public health education and promotion from Liberty University and then went on to get her master's degree in public health from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.
