Jeffrey Smith, Southern Ohio Market Leader and Client Executive at OneDigital, spearheads the development of OneDigital’s Employee Benefits presence and drives convergence growth throughout the region. Jeff is energized by helping employers navigate a market that is increasingly seeking solution-based healthcare and innovative alternative options.​

A proud graduate of Thomas More College, Jeff holds a degree in marketing and speech/media communications. He has dedicated his career to the healthcare industry, bringing with him a wealth of experience. His experience includes contract negotiations, pharmaceutical sales training, market leadership, international liaison roles, and the strategic expansion of Employee Health & Benefits into new regions.​

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Jeff is well-known in the sports community as an emcee, announcer, and TV host for professional hockey, arena football, and the University of Cincinnati football, as well as a coach.
