Jennifer (Jen) Rusk

Jen Rusk is a Senior Wealth Advisor with a focus on young families and young professionals. She has been building client relationships in the financial services industry since 2011, when she began her career through a paid internship while attending Arizona State University.

Jen grew up watching her parents run their own small business, an experience that shaped both her people-first approach and her appreciation for thoughtful planning across all areas of life. Starting work early gave her strong listening skills and a genuine empathy for the individuals and families she serves. Clients consistently recognize her professionalism, work ethic, and ability to get things done. She works alongside a team of experienced professionals, allowing her to build deep, lasting relationships with a growing client base.

A proud Arizona State graduate, Jen remains an active alumna and devoted Sun Devil fan. Born and raised in Arizona, she is a self-described "Zonie" who jumps at any chance to trade the desert for some ocean time. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, biking, swimming, country music, travel, and time with the people she loves most.
