Jennifer Buss

Jennifer is the OneDigital Captive Manager. She has been with the OneDigital team since 2016 but began her Employee Benefits career in 2007 specializing in worksite benefits sales.

In 2011, she transitioned from the carrier side of the business to the broker community as a Benefits Consultant and began working with benefit captives in 2012. Jennifer's responsibilities include leading benefits strategy, financial analytics, captive layer funding and preservation, compliance, carrier negotiations, and ongoing education and growth of captive members. She brings extensive experience working with mid and large-market self funded plans including single cell captives, pharmacy benefits analysis, and a variety of stop loss cost stabilizing strategies.

Over the years, Jennifer has successfully guided many clients through the transition from fully insured to self-funded captive arrangements. She is dedicated to her clients and team and enjoys developing customized solutions to meet their unique challenges. 

Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
