Jennifer Pearson

Jennifer Pearson is the Regional Vice President of Retirement Plan Consulting at OneDigital Financial Services. Prior to OneDigital’s acquisition of Clearview Advisory in April 2021, Jennifer Pearson joined Clearview Advisory in 2008. Jennifer Pearson leads the consulting team for the Southeast Region and is located in Atlanta. Jennifer is highly skilled as a retirement plan consultant and acts as an adviser for many of OneDigital’s clients. She specializes in helping employers create retirement plans everyone understands and appreciates. She develops solutions for employers to strengthen their retirement plans and maximize outcomes for their employees. Her solutions center on plan design, cost management, investment selection and monitoring, fiduciary guidance and financial education.

Prior to OneDigital, Jennifer held many client-facing roles at Voya (ING), Guardian, and OneAmerica. This experience contributes to her deep knowledge of vendor processes. Among her credentials as a retirement plan adviser, she has been named one of NAPA’s Top Women Advisors for multiple years, most recently as a Captain in 2021. She has earned the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation from The American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA), and the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) professional designation awarded by the Center for Fiduciary Studies.
