Jennifer Pearson

Jennifer Pearson is Market Principal, Financial Services at OneDigital, where she leads retirement and wealth teams across the Georgia and Texas markets. She is responsible for strategic growth, client experience, and team performance — building the kind of culture where advisors do their best work and clients receive exceptional, long-term guidance.

With more than 25 years in financial services, Jennifer brings deep expertise in retirement plan consulting, collaborating with organizations to align plan design, investment strategy, compliance, and fiduciary practices with the goal of driving meaningful outcomes for plan participants and their long-term financial wellbeing.

Jennifer has held leadership roles throughout her career, including leading retirement and wealth client relations and operations for OneDigital's Georgia market. She joined OneDigital through the acquisition of Clearview Advisory, a premier retirement plan consulting firm where she spent 15 years in progressive leadership roles, ultimately serving as Vice President at the time of acquisition.

She holds the Series 65 securities license, the QKA® designation from ASPPA, and the AIF® designation from Fi360.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys cheering on her daughter's all-star dance team and her son in travel baseball and high school football, spending time with her rescue dogs, and golf-carting around her hometown of Peachtree City, Georgia.
