While managing a portfolio of high-profile client accounts, she stays hands-on in designing employee-facing deliverables and bringing total wellbeing initiatives to life. She also coaches and mentors her team as a regional subject matter expert, helping shape the differentiated engagement solutions that drive client retention, satisfaction, and long-term value.

Partnering closely with Producers, Consultants, and cross-functional teams, Jess ensures every approach is integrated, intentional, and aligned to each client's goals.
