Joe DeLucchi

Joe DeLucchi is a Principal and Business Insurance Consultant at OneDigital with nearly three decades of experience serving and advising middle market businesses, nonprofits, & real estate investors, across the country. A 5th generation San Franciscan, Joe began his insurance career in 1998 — joining CAL Insurance & Associates straight out of Santa Clara University — and steadily built a reputation as a trusted advisor known for his deep industry expertise, strategic risk management approach, and genuine commitment to client advocacy.
 
In 2016, Joe acquired CAL Insurance & Associates and spent eight years transforming the firm from a traditional regional brokerage into a dynamic, growth-oriented team culture with a national reach. Having experienced M&A from both sides of the table, Joe made the decision in May 2024 to align CAL Insurance with OneDigital — not out of necessity, but out of shared values. He recognized in OneDigital a culture that mirrored what he had built at CAL: people-first, client-centered, and fiercely committed to excellence. Today, Joe brings that same philosophy to his work at OneDigital, helping teams navigate complex insurance challenges with clarity, confidence, and care.
