Julie Grier is the Managing Principal for our OneDigital Tampa Florida. Julie’s primary focus is leadership of our local team and growing the market. She is also responsible for ensuring OneDigital experts provide fresh thinking, new ideas, and strategies to help build a thriving and exceptional workplace for our clients’ employees.

Julie has over 20 years of experience in benefit consulting, human resources, leadership expertise, and culture. She is passionate about guiding employers with benefit strategies to help their people and ultimately improve their bottom line. Julie is relentless in facilitating the strategic growth of OneDigital and empowering our workforce to live their best lives.

Julie is a graduate of Georgia Southwestern State University where she majored in Business Administration. She is holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) certification.
