With over 17 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry, Justin Sloan is passionate about empowering businesses and individuals to achieve peace of mind through future-proof protection and customized solutions. In his current role, Justin is focused on helping employers understand their exposures and implementing strategies that safeguard what matters most.

Prior to OneDigital, Justin owned and operated several independent insurance agencies, giving him a comprehensive perspective on risk management and client advocacy. Justin has served as the President of the Connecticut Young Insurance Professionals (CTYIP) for many years as well, where he led a dynamic board of directors in advocating for our industry and mentoring the next generation of insurance leaders.
