Kaitlyn Lingard is a senior wealth advisor and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional with OneDigital. Working with clients, she builds personalized plans that help bring clarity to every stage of life, and guides people along their roadmap to financial confidence.
She helps clients integrate investments, taxes, insurance, estate, and retirement planning into a single, cohesive strategy. In her advisory relationships, she acts under a fiduciary standard, focusing on clients’ best interests. Kaitlyn also teaches Retirement 101, a community seminar for retirees that she loves for its blend of education and giving back.
Kaitlyn began her career at Triad Financial Advisors, which joined OneDigital in 2023 as part of its growing national wealth management practice. She is a native of Greensboro, North Carolina, and earned her undergraduate degree from Western Carolina University. At WCU, she competed on the cross country and track teams, where still holds the school's 1,500-meter record. That same drive and discipline shape how she serves her clients today: with focus, follow-through, and a commitment to helping people go the distance toward their goals.
Outside of the office, Kaitlyn stays busy with her twin boys. When she's not chasing kids, you'll likely find her with her horses, as competitive dressage is her passion. She serves as treasurer for a local non-profit, the Garret Torney Foundation, that pairs combat veterans with rescue dogs, and they complete service dog training together. Kaitlyn is on the Boro Ballers kickball team and a member of the Women's Professional Forum, where she connects with accomplished women leaders across the Triad.
