With over 18 years of experience in human capital management and business development, Kim works with employers and human resource leaders across the state to better understand their needs and objectives. She’s responsible for establishing relationships and challenging employer groups away from the status quo. Kim also sits on the Board of Directors for the Southern Connecticut SHRM Chapter.
