Leigh Patterson

Leigh Patterson is a Senior Advisor at OneDigital, a national team of experienced, local employee benefits advisors who create greater value for employers and inspire individuals to become more engaged health care consumers.

Leigh has over 13 years of experience in the insurance industry. Her focus is managing small group clients ranging in size from two to 100 lives, serving as their main point of contact and handling all of their benefit related issues: plan designs, annual renewals, claims and eligibility issues. Her background is extensive with employee benefits as prior to her role in insurance, she worked in human resources.

She is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters and Silicon Valley Association of Health Underwriters. Leigh received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Cal State Hayward and her master’s degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Phoenix.

She is licensed to sell life, health and accident products in California.
