Leroy Christiansen

Leroy Christiansen is OneDigital's Regional Vice President and Growth Leader for the North Central Region, where he is charged with driving organic growth across Employee Benefits and Property & Casualty through a core philosophy of convergence — the cross-discipline approach that positions OneDigital as a true full-service brokerage. 

Leroy brings a career defined by high performance and service. Before joining OneDigital, he held state and regional leadership roles at Arthur J. Gallagher, building systems and teams that delivered consistent organic growth. Earlier in his career, he earned Insurance Business America Top 80 honors as a commercial insurance advisor specializing in multi-state casualty for the construction industry. 

His path to insurance ran through the U.S. Army, where he served as a Combat Engineer officer conducting Counter-IED operations in Iraq and Afghanistan — an experience that shaped his leadership philosophy entirely. 

Leroy holds a Bachelor's degree from Saint John's University in Minnesota.
