Lisa Byczko

Lisa Byczko is a Managing Consultant andDirector of CapEd at OneDigital. Lisa has spent decades in the health care insurance industry holding leadership roles in both the carrier side and employer consulting side. She embraces each day with authenticity, curiosity, thoughtfulness and kindness, and approaches her role as a servant leader dedicated to our clients, team and partners.

Lisa brings with her an extensive knowledge of funding solutions and business strategy and leads her team in delivering the best experience and support to our clients and their employees within the small, emerging and mid-size company marketspace.

Prior to joining OneDigital, Lisa was the Director of Captivated Health for a national self-funded captives program and was responsible for building and managing the program, which consisted of 31 groups. She worked in MetLife’s Employee Benefits division for 20 years, and annually attended MetLife’s Leaders Conference.

Lisa holds her Life and Health license and majored in Paralegal studies at Ana Maria College.
