About

As Managing Director of Private Client Services at OneDigital San Francisco, Lisa Petty specializes in designing comprehensive personal insurance programs for Family Offices, high-net-worth individuals, and successful families navigating the complexities that come with significant wealth. She partners closely with clients to conduct thorough risk assessments and build bespoke insurance strategies — ensuring that the people, properties, and legacies they've worked so hard to build are meaningfully protected.

Background & Credibility
Lisa entered the insurance industry in 2008 in Carmel by the Sea, beginning her career at the height of the Big Sur Basin Fire — a formative experience that gave her an early and visceral understanding of why strong, well-structured coverage is not optional, but essential. Over nearly two decades, she has cultivated deep expertise in the private client and high-net-worth insurance space, working alongside family offices and affluent individuals to identify exposures often overlooked by standard programs. In 2025, Lisa was selected to participate in the prestigious CAPI (Certified Advisor of Personal Insurance) program, a specialized curriculum co-facilitated by Chubb Insurance and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania — further cementing her standing as a recognized expert in this niche discipline. She holds her P&C license and surplus lines authority.

Approach & Philosophy
Lisa believes that exceptional insurance advice is deeply personal — and that truly protecting a client requires understanding not just their assets, but their life, their values, and their vulnerabilities. Every client can expect a hands-on, white-glove experience: thoughtful program design, proactive communication, and an advisor who shows up as a genuine partner, not just a policy broker. Outside of work, Lisa calls the Monterey Peninsula home, where she recharges with outdoor adventures alongside her daughter and dog.
