Lydia Moore

Lydia Moore is the Vice President of Insurance and Risk Management for the PEO division at OneDigital, where she leads the organization’s risk strategy across underwriting, claims management, and unemployment. With more than a decade of experience in the insurance and risk management space, Lydia began her career in workers’ compensation at Liberty Mutual, where she built a strong foundation in loss mitigation and operational exposure management.

Before joining OneDigital, Lydia served as Director of Risk Management for a national convenience store chain, overseeing enterprise risk programs across retail operations and a large commercial fleet. Her cross-industry experience provides her with a well-rounded, practical perspective on aligning risk management and compliance with business growth. Lydia holds a degree in Political Science from Florida State University and is passionate about building high-performing teams and delivering scalable risk solutions that support growing businesses.
